Bedroom styling ideas featuring Japandi, monochrome and muted pastels

Looking for some bedroom design inspiration?

Our brand new collection has landed and, not only do we have three new stunning wardrobe door designs for you to choose from (Elle, Heritage and Luna), plus new trending door colours, our stylists have created some inspirational rooms sets packed with styling ideas to show how fabulous our built in furniture can look in the home.

Look 1 – Japandi-inspired styling featuring Elise in Clover

This Japandi-inspired bedroom offers a calming and tranquil space with our Elise wardrobes in Clover Green at the heart of the scheme.

Japandi is a trend we’ve seen for the last few seasons and continues to be an extremely popular design choice. It is a hybrid trend that combines aspects of Scandinavian design with Japanese style. Both Known for their calm and harmonious styles, they value functionality, simplicity and a love of natural materials and expert craftsmanship. Japandi sees a fusion of the timeless elegance of the Japanese aesthetic with the clean modernity we associate with contemporary Scandinavian style.

Combing Scandi design with Japanese style, this look combines clean lines, natural materials and a neutral colour palette which really pulls through the warmth of the green to reflect the natural world. Get the look with wooden flooring, wooden blinds, rattan furniture and some finishing touches in natural colours and fabrics.

In this scheme, a beautiful rattan headboard is complimented with modern furniture and a large scale olive tree. Propping is simple and considered creating a very zen space.

Look 2 – Classic, feminine and timeless styling featuring Elle in Blush

On the lighter side of the spectrum, our new Blush Pink hue offers an alternative to classic neutrals which remain a popular choice in bedroom design. We are predicting that it will be one of our best sellers of 2022 as homeowners embrace the uplifting optimism of this whimsical shade. Subtle and modern, this warming new neutral provides the perfect backdrop to an uplifting and contemporary space.

Create a timeless look in your bedroom by combining our new Elle design in Blush Pink with tranquil neutrals, blues and blush tones.

We’ve complemented the wardrobes with traditional style furniture and headboard with landscape artwork and beautiful ceramics. A dark wood herringbone flooring and on-trend distressed vintage style rug completes the look. I love the classic romance that this room conjures up. Perfection.

Look 3 – The new monochrome featuring Luna in Graphite

Graphite continues to be a dominate trend in bedroom design but opting for a dark, saturated colour for your fitted wardrobes, doesn’t mean that you can’t create a light and airy space.

The key to getting the balance right with graphite is to make the wardrobes your statement colour and then build in a lighter, neutral colour palette that makes your wardrobes the star of the show. It’s a new, softer take on monochrome mixing graphite with beige.

I love how our new Luna wardrobe doors in Graphite create a sleek and contemporary backdrop for this scheme. Texture and graphic shapes in this sideboard provide additional dimensions within the room, whilst the panelling of the headboard gives a bespoke, high end finish.
