Mastering the Mix: Eclectic Style & Smart Storage Solutions in Maxine’s Bedroom

We recently partnered with interior stylist and TV personality Maxine Brady (@maxinebradystyling). Clever storage was of the utmost importance in this build, as Maxine’s current wardrobe was bursting at the seams. Her new floor to ceiling wardrobe now spans the length of her bedroom wall, allowing for much more storage space. The soft grey internals of the wardrobe were also cleverly designed to allow for maximum organisation.

“My favourite part of the room has to be all the storage I now have. Not only do I have floor-to-ceiling wardrobes that can house my expanding collection of clothes and sequins, there is also a slim-line shelved cupboard tucked behind the door that is filled with my makeup. The wardrobes are a style statement and have transformed the bedroom.”

“I had extra shelves installed inside my original Victorian built-in cupboard to turn it into a cupboard for my trainers and boots. I keep boxes of props in my Button & Sprung ottoman bed keeping them close to hand!”

During Maxine’s master bedroom renovation, she opted for our Elise doors in Classic Blue to create a bold colour block which paired perfectly with her soft pink colour scheme. This created a bold wall of colour throughout the entire length of her room. Gold metal ‘Skyscraper’ handles from Dowsing & Reynolds provided the perfect finishing touch for her new space.

Maxine’s eclectic style and love of colour shines through to create a stunning bedroom interior. You can read more about how this design came to fruition on our blog: https://myfittedbedroom.com/inspiration/bedroom-makeover-see-how-this-blogger-doubled-her-wardrobe-space-with-a-fitted-wardrobe/
